1. Reservations
By making a reservation, you represent your full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the hotel's accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
Prices are in euros, per room or apartment and per night. For each additional person over 12 years the charge is 15.00-25.00 euros depending on the type of stay. All published prices include VAT. 13% and all legal taxes, except the residence tax which amounts to 0.50 euros per night and by law are priced separately, and may change without notice.
Offers are subject to availability and are not combined with other offers. In any case, you must inform us of the time of your booking.
2. Advance payment and Payments
For the full confirmation of your reservation you have to prepay 30% of the total value of your stay, having as a minimum deposit amount, the cost of one (1) night. Payments by cash, bank transfers and credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted. You must inform the hotel upon arrival if you wish to issue an invoice for your stay.
The deposit must be done within two (2) working days from the publication of the bank account of the hotel to the interested customer (by sending from the hotel a relevant e-mail and / or SMS to the customer's mobile phone, which includes all necessary payment information), otherwise the reservation will be canceled without further notice and the room will be vacated.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card upon receipt of an incoming reservation, and reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the credit card information is invalid.
A copy of the deposit receipt (depository) must be sent to the hotel (via e-mail, SMS or Viber) immediately and in any case no later than 2 days before your arrival.
For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation, while changes and cancellations are not allowed.
The charge can be done either by bank deposit or by credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of no-show without prior notice.
3. Reservation Changes and Cancellations
The hotel management requests the customers to inform in time with written communication for any changes or cancellations concerning their reservation as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation, our policy is as follows:
- In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial charge and it implies the return of the deposit by the hotel.
- For cancellation of reservations less than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, the customer is charged 30% of the total stay based on his reservation.
- In case of cancellation on arrival, during the stay, or for no show at the hotel, the customer is charged 100% of the stay based on his reservation.
In exceptional cases, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to modify, replace or withdraw any service, installation or provision without notice, if necessary. In this case, the hotel is obliged to return the full amount you have paid for your reservation, while it will make every effort to ensure you stay in another accommodation of the same category on the island.
For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
The charge is made either by bank deposit or by credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of no-show without prior notice.
4. Arrival / Departure
Upon arrival at the hotel you must have your ID or passport and the card that has been charged or pre-approved for the reservation.
Unless otherwise described in your booking, arrival time is set at 13:00 and departure time at 12:00.
The possibility of extending your departure time after 12:00 depends on the fullness of the hotel, and is subject to additional financial burden as follows:
- Check-out until 20:00 is subject to 50% of the daily
- Check-out after 20:00 is subject to 100% of the daily charge.
In any case, you have to notify your request to the hotel reception no later than the first days of your stay.
5. Pets
Our hotel accepts pets in specific apartments and only by appointment. Additional charges may apply. In case you are traveling with pets, please let us know in time. If we think your pet is a nuisance to other guests, we will ask you to leave.
6. Customer behavior
Guests are kindly requested to maintain a decent attitude towards the other guests and to treat the hotel guests with respect. Also, all tenants must comply with hotel regulations, while the hotel reserves the right to refuse access or to expel with any reservation any person whose behavior it considers critical. In this case, the hotel is not obliged to pay any compensation.
7. Room Damage / Damage
In the event of damage to a room or other property due to deceit, will or negligence, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of damage suffered, including damage due to cessation of activities, to the credit / debit card of the registered customer. In cases where the customer has not paid by credit card, but in cash or otherwise, the hotel will demand immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered by the customer otherwise all legal rights are reserved.
8. Limitation of Liability
Each customer is responsible throughout their stay at the hotel for the safe storage of personal and / or valuables, money, etc. For all items that each customer brings to the hotel, the hotel is released from any liability , if the damage or loss is due to negligence of the client or other persons who live with him, visit him or are at his service. Also, the hotel is not responsible, if the damage, destruction or loss is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.) or the special nature of the thing.
9. Applicable Law - Other Terms
These terms are governed by Greek law and the Dodecanese courts are solely responsible for resolving any dispute arising from them.
